The Working Without Borders (“WWB”) Affiliate Program (“The Program”) allows affiliate partners ("Affiliates") to earn commission by referring families to join WWB retreats.
How to Earn Commissions
The commission rate is equal to that agreed upon in writing between WWB and Affiliate per referred family who completes a WWB retreat. Commissions are paid within 30 days after the end of the retreat. Commission is applied only when a traveler books through the YouLi platform using the Affiliate's referral link. A traveler must express interest in a WWB trip within 30 days of receiving a referral link for the YouLi trip management platform to be able to track the individual as a referral.
Sharing Referral Links
Affiliates are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Affiliates are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
WWB may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
Updates to the Terms
WWB can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on our website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
